適量を手のひらに取り、顔や首、腕、脚など紫外線があたる部分に均一に塗布します。外出の20分前に使用し、2時間ごとにまたは汗をかいたり水泳後に塗り直してください。肌に優しい成分でできているため、敏感肌の方にも適しています。使用後は通常のクレンジングで洗い流してください。

日差しを浴びる前に、適量をまんべんなく顔および体に塗布して下さい。より効果的にご使用いただくために、2～3時間おきに、また水泳や体を拭いた後に塗り直すことをおすすめします。
