Wide ruffle along the neckline and around the back, with split flutter sleeves and little ties at the shoulders. Wraparound sash at the waist and flowy double layer tulip style hemline. The fabric is slightly sheer, so best with a half slip. There are two snaps added to the ruffle to close the neckline a little more these are
