there is basically no stretch and your movements are somewhat more limited than they would be in a modern piece

however with a hang tag full of sick 90s Wisconsin ski hill tags I wanted to let the new owner decide whether to wash and stain treatment rather than wash it myself and ruin the tags

Includes a little capelet. I am not 100% sure how this was originally fastened, but would look cute with a broach as a fastener in my opinion.
