We took advantage of the interesting stitch work that originally joined two panels of the old kilim rug together, and centered it on these lumbar pillows. Backed in a tonal cotton with a hidden zip. 15" x 24" *Down inserts are sold separately. We recommend a 18" x 25" down insert for this pillow.
