We had a half day with her after the show enabling us to do gymwork, posing in a bikini and two dresses and an interview. The gymwork features some strength tandem work with Karen Zaremba, then her own repwork to get pumped up for the posing. At 55 and 143 pounds, she is one of the larger figure women and displays very good muscularity
