You will notice a slight nuttiness coupled with stone fruit esters. This strain is a great choice for cask ales, bitters, brown ales, and stout. High flocculation produces bright beers without the need for fining or filtration. *NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders.
