Omega Yeast OYL203 Brettanomyces lambicus "IPADAY" Fresh cheeseThis strain has been described as producing horsey, smoky and spicy flavors. As the name suggests, this strain is found most often in Lambic style beers. The recommended temperature range is above 85 F. *NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend
