The 'Villages' name reflects the multi site approach: fruit is sourced from selected vineyards across the Yarra Valley's subregions, including parcels around Coldstream, Healesville and Panton Hill, as well as plantings on the Mayer family's home block. The wines aim for elegance, drinkability and a clear sense of place. A dry, food friendly
