The best option for this replacement is the complete Cutter/Idler Kit (E7-2-2X)

It spans frame to frame and the Encoder Disc (E1-4D) is found on the left side shaft

you will need to replace the idler as well (EM7-1) and you will also need 2 EM7-4 shafts

This is a sturdy molded plastic tank that holds the end of the Water Bottle  (EM2-2)

E6-9 electric Phoenix M2Bottom Plate This part rarely needs to be replaced. It is located underneath the machine and is a safety measure. The Solenoid (E5 5) is located in the center. To access this part, you will need to remove this bottom plate. Held in with small screws and nuts.
