We were going to do an off season shooting this time but we hope you will not be too disappointed that Sheila was again in very near contest shape, but with another 10 pounds of muscle added to her 57 frame. She was 155 pounds in contest shape last year, and for this October 2004 session she checked in at a lean and defined 165 pounds. Sheila was 6th in her class
