so we had both women do a 'gym workout challenge' where each did as many reps as they could for chins

we had two full sessions with her in 1999- in top contest shape (5'3" 145 pounds) at the time of the 1999 Nationals

at 5'8" 180 pounds in contest shape

but she hits shot after shot (and shows off unreal arms in particular) in very hot weather enabling us to get almost 2 hours of material
