Art Icon 2023: Whitechapel Gallery Schools Programme Artist-led Workshops artist-Victoria-Morton Galerie OnrustWhitechapel Gallery is located in Tower Hamlets a borough which has experienced the largest population growth in the UK and the local authority with the highest levels of child poverty and overcrowding in London. Many of our neighbourhood schools have seen most or all of their arts funding cut in recent years. Our free artist led workshops offer local primary and secondary school children the opportunity to view, discuss, debate and create artwork
