I started there 47 years ago as Peter Laytons first apprentice at his Rotherhithe workshop. For Peters 50th anniversary exhibition at London Glassblowing I designed some new Journey pieces to reflect the colourful journey I have been on for the last 47 years. I like to keep the Journey pieces very thick so you can see all the different layers this one is quite chunky weighing in at about 2. 3 kilos.
