This is a blend of 2024 and 2025 due to 2024 taking its sweet arse time to complete it's fermentation and some long story complications

Well I have to say the onion wine did surprisingly well

The colour of autumn, clear and beautiful. You'd be hard pressed to guess that this was made from vegetables; a smooth, medium wine that is better on the second sip. Rockmelon and orange pith with herby undertones. This is a great cheese platter or dinner wine, think light fish meals, pork or hearty couscous
