Fallow has been created to capture autumnal flavours, reflecting the fields which are left fallow after harvest. This edition has been matured in Oloroso sherry and PX sherry butts, bottled at 46% ABV and non chill filtered. Nose: Manuka honey, rich red fruits and lashings of golden syrup.
