There is no makers mark, but Tiffin Glass was known for making this style. The slightly iridescent colors in this are amazing! Good condition, but not perfect. No chips or cracks. There are 2 small imperfections on the base. I honestly cant tell if they are discolored scratches or just some stubborn gunk I cant clean off. 7 1 8
