they took the dark color pigments oak

malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla

The palate is sweet and concentrated with blackcurrant jam

dark cherry and blueberry in the nose

This wine comes from my vineyard under the imposing Cathar Castle of Queribus in Maury in the Roussillon where Domaine Jones started back in 2009. It is made exclusively from old vine Grenache Gris quite a rarity!
