Creamed honey is made by taking fine crystals from previously creamed honey and introducing them into liquid honey. We then add organic flavors to make each kind. The entire process takes 3 4 weeks. This is for a 12 ounce glass jar (honey is sold by weight not volume). Our raw honey is produced by our honey bee
