IGE Fat Container Self Contained This is an updated designThe IGE fat container sits under the hotplate plate in the middle, where the drain hole is. This will catch all the runaway fat from your cooking. You can easily remove this fat container for cleaning by lifting the plate with your included plate lifter. You can then slide the container out the side of the compartment. The post November 2023 fat container can be paired with the IGE Fat Container Heat Shield. This can be retrofitted into post 2017
