Rocky mineral notes waft from from the wine like salt on the wind while supple notes of apricot and peach fruit emerge from the depths. It has radiant acidity that create great length in the structured and disciplined body. We pressed the grapes directly after picking and fermented this in 500L Damy Puncheons.
