The fixture features a slender brushed aluminium stem punctuated by matte black joinery, supported by a tripod base in cast aluminium. This example retains its original large scale drum shade in a textured beige fabric, which is secured by a brass arm tripod gallery above the socket. As head of design for Fog and Mrup from 1957 to 1980, Hammerborg was instrumental in defining the Danish
