The wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for approximately 8 months to round out the wine and add a sweet sensation to the palate. The final blend was then fined, stabilized, and lightly filtered before bottling. Tasting Notes Colour: Vibrant cherry red color. Nose: Combination of black and red fruit and spiced notes such as pepper and cloves, and a hint of smoke.
