It has the lifelike design on both sides. This is on a slide charm attachment that has a 6mm. hole and will fit on most slide charm bracelets including a pandora bracelet. I hand carved the original design in wax trying to put in all of the exact intricate detail of body of the calf and then I cast in silver. Actual size of calf is 5 16" tall by 7 16"
