Each was produced in a slightly different way and used different woods in the cooking process. The result is incredibly rich and complex; a truly unique batch that can never be re created. Maestro used 100L of the neuvo batch, 50L of a batch that rested in glass for 8 months, and 60L of a 2 year old batch, also rested in glass. The blend
